2019: Starfish User Personas Research
During my time on Hobsons’ Starfish UX Design (2018—2021), my design partner and I completed user persona research. We worked over six months and in tandem with other priorities to complete several interviews with our target users. The result of our research was 7 user personas. We presented our findings to the Product, Development, and Engineering teams, and preached the importance of understanding our users on a deeper, more empathetic level.
